Industrial Tire Poly fill
This is a cheap and extremely effective way to protect your industrial equipment tires free deflation or incorrect pressure every again. Pumped full of a polyurethane mixture, comprised of isocyanate and polyol, your tires will now be completely flat-proof. This service takes approximately 48 hours to complete. Our technicians first check that the tire is in good condition with no leaks and will hold the manufacturer’s recommended psi. The tire is then filled with air to the correct level to maintain its proper structure. As the air is drained, the polyurethane mixture is pumped into the tire simultaneously to prevent air pockets. After the tire is full of the mixture, we then seal off the hole and allow the mixture to solidify. You now have a flat-proof tire that will maintain the manufacturer’s recommended tire pressure for the remainder of the tire life.
